Global Compliance Version

Terms of Service

Effective for all users who download, install, access, or use applications provided by TechSecLab.com. These Terms govern licensing, monetization, user conduct, content rights, refunds, account deletion, service continuity, and dispute handling for global app distribution.

1. Agreement Structure and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy form an integrated agreement between TechSecLab.com ("Team", "we", "us") and you ("user", "you"). By using our apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted both documents.

2. Service Scope and License

  • We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use supported app versions on compatible devices.
  • The license is provided solely for lawful personal or internal business use according to these Terms.
  • No ownership of software code, trademarks, or non-public materials is transferred to you.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account unless unauthorized use is promptly reported.
  • You must provide accurate registration and support information when required.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, policy violation, or security threats.

4. Monetization Models: IAA and IAP

4.1 IAA (In-App Advertising)

  • Our apps may include third-party ads, including app open (splash), rewarded video, interstitial, banner, native, and equivalent compliant formats.
  • You agree that ads may be displayed as part of the app experience where permitted by store policy and local law.
  • Tampering with ad delivery logic, ad fraud, fake clicks, or unauthorized ad blocking methods may constitute material breach.

4.2 IAP (In-App Purchases)

  • In-app purchases are processed by Apple/Google or other compliant store billing systems.
  • Virtual items, subscriptions, or digital entitlements are licensed digital content and do not represent real-world monetary value.
  • Unless required by law, consumed or activated virtual goods are non-refundable after valid delivery.
  • Refund requests must follow the official store refund process. We do not bypass platform billing rules.

5. User Conduct Rules

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where expressly permitted by mandatory law.
  • Exploit vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized virtual items, interfere with ad systems, or manipulate monetization outcomes.
  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, or traffic farms for abusive automation and fraud.
  • Upload or distribute illegal, hateful, obscene, infringing, or privacy-violating content through app channels.
  • Impersonate others, perform social engineering, or interfere with service security.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All app code, interface assets, trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by or licensed to TechSecLab.com.
  • You may not copy, resell, sublicense, create derivative works, or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission.
  • Feedback you provide may be used to improve products without additional compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

Apps may integrate third-party SDKs and service providers for advertising, analytics, attribution, anti-fraud, crash reporting, and purchase verification. Third-party content and ad materials are controlled by their providers. We do not guarantee third-party products, claims, or external links.

8. Availability, Updates, and Compatibility

  • Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • We may release updates, patches, feature changes, or security fixes at our discretion.
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted availability across all devices, regions, networks, or store infrastructures.
  • Some features may vary by jurisdiction due to legal, policy, age, or platform constraints.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure in all circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the app or service in the preceding 12 months, if any.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the minimum lawful limitation applies.

11. Compliance with Regional and Platform Policies

You agree to use our services in compliance with applicable laws and marketplace rules, including but not limited to: Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Privacy Nutrition Labels, Google Play Developer Program Policies and Data Safety section requirements, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and relevant US state privacy and age requirements, LGPD, COPPA/GDPR-K child protections, and ATT-related tracking rules where applicable.

12. Suspension and Termination

  • We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where we detect breach, fraud, abuse, legal risk, or security threats.
  • You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion through supported in-app controls or by contacting us.
  • Upon termination, licenses granted to you end immediately; relevant obligations that by nature survive shall remain effective.

13. Account Deletion and Effect on Digital Goods

If you request account deletion, linked virtual goods, subscriptions, and account-bound entitlements may be permanently disabled and may not be recoverable. Deletion processing follows legal retention exceptions and privacy rights obligations.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the primary registering jurisdiction of the service operator. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to a designated arbitration body specified in applicable service documentation or legal notice.

15. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect legal, operational, security, or product changes. Updated terms become effective on publication or as otherwise stated. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
